AdsInc, LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates LeadTrackrr (leadtrackrr.com and app.leadtrackrr.com). This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.

What Data We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password. If you subscribe, we collect billing information through Stripe (we never store your full card number).

Visitor Tracking Data

When our tracking script runs on your website, we collect the following data about your website visitors:

• Page views and navigation paths
• Clicks (including phone number clicks and button clicks)
• Form submissions (field names and values submitted by the visitor)
• Traffic source and referrer information
• UTM parameters (source, medium, campaign, term, content)
• IP address
• Device type, operating system, browser, screen resolution, and browser language

Billing Information

Subscription and payment data is processed and stored by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer ID and subscription status, but not your payment card details.

Cookies We Use

Our tracking script sets first-party cookies only on your website visitors' browsers:

• _lt_vid — Visitor identifier, used to recognize returning visitors
• _lt_sid — Session identifier, used to group page views into sessions
• UTM parameter cookies — Store the traffic source information so it persists across pages

We do not use third-party tracking cookies. We do not sell or share cookie data with advertisers.

How We Use Your Data

• To provide the LeadTrackrr service — tracking leads and attributing them to traffic sources
• To send daily email digests summarizing your lead activity
• To process your subscription and billing
• To improve and maintain the service
• To communicate with you about your account

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate LeadTrackrr:

• Stripe — Payment processing and subscription management
• Vercel — Application hosting
• Supabase — Database and data storage
• Resend — Transactional and digest emails
• Upstash — Rate limiting

Each of these services has their own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function.

Data Retention

We retain your account data and tracking data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate, then permanently deleted. You can request immediate deletion at any time.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your data — view all tracked leads and visitor data in your dashboard
• Export your data — download your leads as a CSV file at any time
• Delete your data — request complete deletion of your account and all associated data
• Correct your data — update your account information in your settings

CCPA & GDPR

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, request its deletion, and opt out of its sale. We do not sell personal information.

If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have additional rights under the GDPR including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Our legal basis for processing is legitimate interest (providing the service you signed up for) and consent where required.

Children's Privacy

LeadTrackrr is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of LeadTrackrr after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
